Energy at Work Projects is looking to appoint a Technical Learner who will be involved with day-to-day software and system support for the Risk Department within our organisation. We are looking for an individual who is tech savvy, forward thinking and able to troubleshoot. Someone who has had experience looking after a help desk would be ideal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- System and software support
- Handling technical queries
- Liaising with clients
- Basic administrative support
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree (Risk, Software or any other IT related) – NOT NEGOTIABLE
