Supply Chain Management Intern
Qualification:
- National Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement Management
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks in the procurement of goods and services, including requests for quotations, tenders, and preparation of orders;
- Providing administration support to Bid Committees;
- Following-up of orders and service providers’ performances;
- Assisting in managing storage and distribution of inventories;
- Maintaining and updating of the asset register; and
- Attending to queries as well as assisting in managing lease and service contracts.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Intern
Qualification:
- Bachelors’ degree in relevant field e.g., Public Administration / Business Administration / Economics / Statistics / Development Studies. Post graduate studies would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with performance related data collection, analysis and quality control;
- Assisting with writing or editing organizational performance reports;
- Collating of evidence for monthly reports and quarterly reports;
- Assisting in preparations for the internal /external strategic planning sessions;
- Supporting the Strategic Planning Manager on various administrative duties i.e., arranging meetings (sending invitations, preparing agendas, and minute taking at meetings);
- Performing trends analyses with monthly, quarterly and annual performances;
- Assisting in the drafting Terms of Reference (ToR) documentation for procurement of venues and other required services;
- Liaison with stakeholders (internal and external);
- Assisting with monthly monitoring of the Unit’s budget; and
- Monthly monitoring of risks associated with the Unit.
