The MTN Graduate Programme combines both formal development, coaching and mentorship as well as an immersive on-the-job experience through placement into strategically aligned roles across MTNSA.
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualification in the following fields:
- Science and Technology including (Mathematics, Data Science, IT and Engineering)
- Sales and Marketing including (Digital, Media and online channels)
- Finance
- Business Studies including (Project Management, Analysis, Reporting and Risk and Compliance)
