Duties
Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Ola sales teams. These will include claims validation and processing, Masterdata support for UL customer creation, and support on distributor management
Claims Support
- Review & resolve claims in PEGA (the software tool used to manage claims). These will include Pricing claims, Quality claims, Damage claims etc.
- Claim validation against internal promotional records
- Allocation of SAP agreement numbers for payment and settlement purposes
- Attachment of relevant POP to PEGA before submission
- Reviewing invalid claims with the Sales Managers and Order-To-Cash (O2C) team
- Communicate the status of claims with the Sales teams
Cabinets Support
- Support the controlled movement of freezer cabinets between warehouses and stores using the COM (Cabinet Operations Model) software system

- Supply Chain, O2C, Call Centre, Sales Managers, Finance, Integrated Operations Team (iOPs)
Tools:
- Microsoft Excel, PEGA, PowerBI, Unilever SharePoint, SAP, LeverEdge, COM (Cabinet Operations Model) Software
