REQUIREMENTS

    • Completed Grade 8 or ABET Certificate.
    • Previous work experience as an assistant plumber, electrician and/or carpenter is essential.
    • Knowledge of basic health and safety.
    • Willingness to assist the College to other Campuses when required.
    • Conduct regular building inspections; Attend to minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems.
    • Repair broken furniture and equipment.
    • Report defects, Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies.
    • Report broken machines and equipment.
    • Assist with other duties as and when required.
