Hollywoodbets has an exciting opportunity available for a Payroll Filing Clerk to be based on a Fixed Term Contract at the offices of Umhlanga, Durban. The position will be responsible for the ensuring employee documents and files (hard and soft copies) are complete and properly stored.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer literate.


  • Completed a Payroll Training Course
  • Payroll Clerk or administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee files
  • Scan all documents in employee files, ensuring copies are clear and complete
  • Save according to specifications using the correct categories and naming conventions
  • Archive completed files per process
  • Content
    • Assist with checks of documents on Payroll/HR software as required
    • Assist with uploading documents to Payroll/HR software as required
  • General
  • General admin duties, projects and reporting as required.

  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Impressive planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Good business acumen and high ethical work standards.
  • Ability to multitask and show initiative at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and still produce good quality results timeously.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
